On one hand, your Profile acts as your personal introduction. Higher-quality Profiles and active members receive more visibility within the platform.

On the other hand, our AI-supported matching system selects a set of Profiles (Matches) for you based on your preferences and the quality of the available Profiles. You can view these members, send “smiles,” and message them directly.

All interactions — viewing, smiling, and messaging — appear in your **Connections** page, helping you keep track of meaningful conversations as you move toward finding your life partner.

3. How do I join dating88.com?

To join properly, please follow these steps:

  • Register with your email address, choose a nickname and gender, confirm you are over 18, and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Open the email and click the confirmation link to verify your ownership of the email address. Your account will then be created, and you will be logged in automatically.
  • You must complete your Profile before you can browse other members' Profiles. You will proceed through:

    Profile Stage 1: Information about yourself
    Profile Stage 2: Information about your desired match
    Profile Stage 3: Upload your photos
  • Once your photos are submitted, your Profile becomes complete. You become a Standard member, and your Profile will enter the review queue to be published.

You may edit your Profile at any time after completion.

4. Can I browse Profiles immediately after creating an account?

No. You must fully complete your Profile before you are able to browse other members’ Profiles.

5. What does “Publish” mean?

A Profile must be published in order to appear in the Match list.

After completing your Profile, it will undergo a quality review. Profiles meeting our standards are published; substandard Profiles may not be. For example, Portrait photos that do not clearly show your face may result in your Profile not being published.

Profiles containing prohibited, inappropriate, or illegal content will be set to invisible and the associated account will be suspended.

6. What if another member is using my photo without permission?

Please contact our Customer Service team. We will investigate promptly and remove any content that violates your rights.

7. I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login page, click the **“Forgot your password?”** link. This will take you to the Reset Password page where you can create a new password. After resetting, log in as usual with your new password.

8. Can I delete my account and Profile?

Yes. When you delete your account, your Profile and all associated data are deleted as well. It is not possible to delete only the Profile while keeping the account.

9. What should I do if I experience technical issues?

  • Check whether another device is still logged into your account
